Spreading Kindness
Thank about a time when someone was kind to you. Maybe they held a door open, made room for your car in a traffic jam, or told you, “nice work!” It felt good, right? But did you know that it made the other person feel great too?
Research shows that helping others actually lights up a part of your brain that makes you feel happy. Spreading kindness on a regular basis also releases a natural chemical in your brain called “oxytocin,” which may help improve well-being and lower stress.
When we treat others like we want to be treated, everybody wins. Even one small act can inspire someone else to do the same — creating a chain reaction of smiles all around!
What kindness will you share today?
